Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and SaverPin, who runs SaverPin. Please read them before using the site.
Last updated:
1. Accepting these terms
Using SaverPin means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What the service does
SaverPin is a free web tool. Paste the link to a public Pinterest Pin, and it finds the media files Pinterest stores for that Pin and lets you download them, unchanged. No account is needed.
3. Independence from Pinterest
We're independent: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" and its logos are trademarks of Pinterest, Inc., mentioned here only to describe what the tool works with. Your use of Pinterest itself is covered by Pinterest's own terms.
4. Who can use it
You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age where you live, to use SaverPin. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
5. Your responsibilities
Use SaverPin for personal, lawful purposes. Most content on Pinterest belongs to the people who made it, and downloading a file doesn't give you any rights to it.
It's up to you to make sure you're allowed to download and use what you save, for example because it's your own work, it's licensed for your use, the owner has said yes, or the law allows it. Reposting or selling someone else's content without permission may infringe their rights.
6. What you may not do
Please don't:
- try to reach private, secret or restricted Pins, or get around any access controls on Pinterest or SaverPin;
- use bots or scripts to flood the site with requests, scrape it or overload it;
- try to probe, disrupt or break the service or its security, or use it to reach any server other than Pinterest's;
- upload or spread malware or other harmful code;
- use the service to infringe copyright, privacy or other rights, or for anything unlawful;
- present SaverPin as part of Pinterest, or resell or rebrand the service as your own.
7. Third-party content and our content
Media you download is third-party content. We don't own, host, review or endorse it; it belongs to its owners.
The SaverPin name, logo, design, text and code are ours or used under license, and may not be copied except as the law allows.
8. Copyright complaints
We respect copyright. If you think the service is being used to infringe your rights, our DMCA page explains how to send a notice.
9. Availability
The tool depends on Pinterest, which can change its pages at any time. We can't promise that every link will work, that a particular quality or format will be available, or that the service will always be up and error-free.
10. Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features (including ads), or shut the service down, at any time without notice.
11. Suspension
We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, or where the law requires it.
12. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, SaverPin isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or of content you download. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is zero, or the lowest amount the law allows.
Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer where you live.
14. Indemnity
If your use of SaverPin breaks these terms or someone else's rights and we face a claim because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, as far as the law allows.
15. Not legal advice
Information on this site, including the blog and these terms, is general information, not legal advice. If you're unsure whether a use is allowed, ask a qualified professional.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email us first at contact@saverpin.net; most problems can be sorted out quickly. We'll work with you in good faith to resolve any disagreement fairly. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
18. The rest of the agreement
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
19. Translations
These terms may be available in other languages. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version applies.
20. Contact
