How the service works
SaverPin doesn't host, store or index any media. When someone pastes a link, we read the public Pinterest page and pass the file through to them. Once content is removed from Pinterest, it can't be reached through SaverPin, so it usually helps to report it to Pinterest as well.
Sending a notice
Email our copyright agent a notice that includes all of the following:
- Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs involved.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review complete notices promptly and take appropriate action. Incomplete notices may slow things down.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.
Misuse
Knowingly claiming that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, when it isn't may make you liable for damages.
